BLUES PARK TO BE BUILT

At 2 p.m. Friday, Tod Weston Smith, son of the legendary ``Wolfman Jack,'' will hold a press conference making public plans to establish the ``Wolfman Jack Memorial Blues Park'' on the Belvidere, N.C., estate of the late disc jockey.

Joining Smith will be internationally known developer and promoter Steven Baldwin, who will oversee the project with Smith.
