The work of 48 regional artists from J. Robert Burnell and Persis Jennings to Edward G. Carson and Ken Wright will be included in the third annual Gallery Art Show: A Holiday Show and Sale to be held Nov. 18 and 19.
The event offers holiday shoppers everything from photography and painting to sculpture, pottery and jewelry. Admission to the show is free, but donations to the Joy Fund will be accepted.
The show hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. that Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. that Sunday at Trinity Episcopal Church, High and Court streets.
Olde Towne merchants along High Street will hold holiday open houses during the show hours.
The event will be presented by Ports Events and sponsors include Crockin Furniture, Olde Towne Sales, Portsmouth Floral, The Virginian-Pilot and WFOG Radio.
