Alice Reed Frank, 87, of the 7300 block of Glenroie Ave., died Nov. 8, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Frank was a native of Korpo, Finland, and came to Norfolk in 1914. She was the widow of Sol Baum Frank. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Norfolk, and the Ohef Sholom Temple. The family's generosity to the Chrysler Museum resulted in the Museum's Alice and Sol B. Frank Photography Gallery.
Survivors include two daughters, Frances Bretter and Joyce Menschel, both of New York City; brother, Alfred H. Reed of Norfolk; and four grandchildren, Caroline and Ted Bretter and Lauren and David Menschel.
A chapel service will be conducted at 3 p.m., today at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. James Cobb, and Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman. The family will receive friends at the residence following the funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to The Chrysler Museum Department of Photographs.
