Lt. Cmdr. Eddie W. Johnson of the U.S. Navy (ret.), 71, died Nov. 6, 1995.
He served the U.S. Navy for 26 years until his retirement in 1967. He was a native of Carver, Mass., and was a Lutheran. Mr. Johnson was a veteran of World War II where he served as a pilot.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma D. Johnson; two sons, Stephen D. Johnson of Inyokern, Calif., and James E. Johnson of Virgina Beach; one daughter-in-law, Anne C. Johnson of Virginia Beach; and one granddaughter, Ashley Marie Johnson.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Arlington National Cemetery. The family will be at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
