Vera Williams has a driver, Tony Hicks, who takes her to and from

her job as a special education teacher at S.H. Clarke Elementary

School in Portsmouth. Her 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager is equipped

with a lift and wheelchair tiedowns.

Lou Sinclair, owner of Sinclair Construction, visits building sites

in his 1988 Ford Econoline van. A lift, operated via remote control,

raises his wheelchair into the van.
