The students and staff of I.C. Norcom High School are grateful to Portsmouth's mayor and City Council, School Board members and other caring citizens who worked so hard to make the dream of the new I.C Norcom High School a reality.
The groundbreaking ceremony on Oct. 18 was a momentous occasion. All of us are excited about the challenges that lie ahead in a new building with the most modern technology. The new facilities will help us to provide a world-class education for our students.
