NEIL GARNHAM

Neil Garnham, 43, of the 1300 block of East Bayview Blvd., died Nov. 9, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Garnham, a construction worker, was a volunteer at Virginia Marine Science Museum. He was a native of Coryden, England.

Survivors include his wife, Flip O'Quinn Garnham; a son, Warren Reid Garnham of Virginia Beach; his father, Alec Garnham of Massachu-setts; two brothers, Richard Garnham of Massachusetts and Ian Garnham of Florida; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Phyllis O'Quinn of Norfolk.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Episcopal Church of the Advent by the Rev. Robert Miller. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of the Episcopal Church of the Advent, 9620 Sherwood Place, Norfolk, the Virginia Marine Science Museum, or to the Virginia Zoological Society. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, in charge.
