Ellen Fowler, 73, of the 7800 block of Walters Drive, died Nov. 10, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Fowler, a native of Widnes, England, was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, James H. Fowler; two sons, Robert J. Fowler of Norfolk, Richard J. Fowler and his wife, Susan A., of Norfolk; three sisters, all of England; one brother of England; and one granddaughter, Jennifer A. Fowler of Norfolk.
Services and burial will be private. The family will receive friends at their residence on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Louise W. Eggleston Center, 780 20th St., Norfolk, Va. 23517. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, in charge.
