Florence A. Reid, of the 2800 block of Bald Eagle Road, died Nov. 9, 1995.
She was a native of Princess Anne County and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Holland Road, Virginia Beach. She was part of the cathedral choir and the usher board. She was a member of United Order of Tents Charity (NU)133.
Survivors include her father, Millard F. Reid Sr. of Virginia Beach; one sister, J. Sylvia Henderson of Alexandria, Va.; two brothers, Millard F. Reid Jr. of Laurel, Md., and Charles F. Reid Sr. of Portsmouth; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Piney Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Charles A. Vinson. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be in the church at 11:30 a.m. Monday. Viewing will be today from 2 to 8 p.m. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, in charge.
