Walter ``Randy'' Allen, 45, of the 500 block of Water Oak Road, died Nov. 10, 1995, in Sentara Bayside Hospital.
He was a native of Charlotte, N.C., and was Methodist by faith. He was a retired accountant and computer programmer with Bay Area Realty. He had servied in the Marines for 10 years ending his service as a staff sergeant with which he attained an honorable discharge.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Cassie Allen, whose loving phrase with Randy was ``Lub You;'' a daughter, Stephanie Allen of Virginia Beach; his parents, Eleanor and Walter A. Allen of Hertford, N.C.; a brother, Stephen C. Allen and his wife, Carol of Hertford; and many beloved family and friends.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Warren Wilson. Visitation with friends and family will be held today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kellum Funeral home, Bonney Road Chapel.
