Gertrude Dorothy Moore Adams Walsh, 84, of the 2500 block of South St., died Nov. 11, 1995, in a Florida hospital.
Mrs. Walsh was a native of Wytheville, Va. She was the widow of Joe Walsh.
She was the beloved mother and grandmother of a daughter, Betty Jane Kirg and her husband, Bobby, of Virginia Beach; three sons, William K. Adams and his wife, Thelma, of Norfolk, Johnny R. Adams and his wife, Maxine, of Norfolk, Louis F. Adams and his wife, Maryann of Virginia Beach; a stepson, Joe Walsh Jr. and his wife, Gerrie, of Orlando, Fla.; a sister, June Bynacker of Waldorf, Md.; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A chapel service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1995, in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road, by Dr. Kelly Burris. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. There will be a visitation in the funeral home Monday, Nov. 13, 1995, from 7 to 8 p.m.
