Susie Bass Woodhouse, 57, of the 900 block of Berkley Ave., died Nov. 11, 1995, in DePaul Medical Center.
She was born in Norfolk and attended Greater St. Andrew's AME Church.
Survivors include a son, Sylvester Lee Woodhouse, and a brother, John Bass Jr., both of Norfolk; a grandchild; a special nephew, attorney Tracy L. Bass of Sewell, N.J.; a sister-in-law, Velma Bass of Norfolk; a special friend, Cleophus Watkins of Norfolk; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Greater St. Andrew's AME Church by the Rev. Gregory K. Jones. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Pretlow's Funeral Home. Family and friends will assemble at 948 Berkley Ave., Norfolk, at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday for the processional to the church.
