DOWN SYNDROME IS THE MOST COMMON CHROMOSOMAL DISORDER, AFFECTING ONE OF EVERY 800 CHILDREN IN THE UNITED STATES. JOHN AND KATHLEEN BOYLAN HAVE WORKED WITH THE MENTALLY DISABLED FOR 99 YEARS.
