Bravo for Gen. Colin Powell for refusing to run for the office of president. No doubt he feels that he would rather face the enemy on the firing line than accept the president-bashing that is handed out in Washington and elsewhere.
Powell is a soldier, and a good and honest one. Let him alone. We could use more like him.
