Anna M. Buckner, of the 5300 block of James Ave., died Nov. 13, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a retired beautician for Broad St. Beauty Salon. She was a native of Princeton, W.Va., and a former member of Women of the Moose, Portsmouth Lodge (NU)898.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence A. Buckner; daughter, Darlene R. Ingram of Portsmouth; sister, Alice Graybeal of Mouth of Wilson, Va.; brother, Robert Tuggle of Pasco, Wash.; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Roberts and Mark A. Ingram, both of Portsmouth; two great-grandchildren, Matthew A. Ingram and Alexis Raine Roberts, both of Portsmouth; and a loving family friend, Patti Wright.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Douglas D. Gestwick in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, today from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
