CHARLIE TAYLOR JR.

Charlie Taylor Jr., of the 1400 block of Whittamore Road, died Nov. 13, 1995.

He was a native of South Mills, N.C., and was the widower of Beulah E. Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a member of the United House of Prayer For All People, Hickory, Chesapeake, and was a World War II veteran.

He is survived by four daughters, Dorothy Blunt, Beulah Ricks, both of Chesapeake, Irene Wilson of Virginia Beach, and Julia Hall of Kansas; three sons, David Gregory of Chesapeake, Larry Gregory and Robert Gregory, both of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Elizabeth Jones and Lucille Phillips, both of Chesapeake, Alma Clairborne of Norfolk; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday by Apostle Ricado Price in United House of Prayer For All People. The burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will be at 1760 Long Ridge Road, Chesapeake. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is in charge of the arrangements.
