WARREN R. STALEY

Warren R. Staley, 61, died Nov. 16, 1995.

Chief Petty Officer Staley was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. He was also retired from Robbie's Home Center, located at Janaf Shopping Center. He was a native of Fort Smith, Ark., and a Protestant. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Korea and Vietnam, and a member of the Tidewatchers, which is affiliated with the Norfolk Tides Baseball Club.

Survivors include his wife, Karen I. Staley; two daughters, Terri Sanderlin and Rebecca Roberts, both of Virginia Beach; one sister, Rita Johnson of Issaquah, Wash.; and one grandson, Jeffrey Sanderlin of Virginia Beach.

A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday in Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel, by Chaplain Fred Rothermel. Burial will be at sea at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Davis Corner Rescue Squad, c/o Treasurer for Donations, 4672 Haygood Road, Virginia Beach, 23455. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, in charge.
