A car that was being driven by Robert McGuire waits for a tow truck
at Colonial and Westover avenues in Norfolk Thursday after colliding
with another vehicle. McGuire wasn't hurt but the other driver was
taken to a hospital. That driver wasn't identified, and the extent
of the injuries wasn't known. McGuire, of Maine, said he had planned
to fly to San Francisco Thursday to begin merchant marine service.
