James Preston Haley Jr., 46, of the 2700 block of Beachmont Ave., died Nov. 16, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
He was a retired carpenter and welder for the Naval Public Center in Norfolk. Mr. Haley was a native of Norfolk and the son of Hazel L. Haley Moore and the late James P. Haley Sr. He was a member of Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church. He was a Marine Corps veteran and served in Vietnam.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel H. Moore of Norfolk; two sisters, Ruth D. Littlejohn of Philadelphia and Brenda H. K. 23454.
