EVERETT A. DREW

Everett A. Drew, 81, of the 400 block of Bunche Blvd., died Nov. 15, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

He was retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 31 years of service. Mr. Drew was a member of First Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A., Norfolk, where he was a trustee. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Mr. Drew is survived by his wife, Catherine V. Drew; two daughters, Winona Banks and Jean James; three sons, Michael Drew, Everett A. Drew Jr. and Raymond Drew; mother, Julia Sampson; three sisters, Dorothy Watson, Ada Pear, Marion Thomas; two brothers, Elmo Sampson and Eddie Sampson; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by Bishop Eugene Brown in First Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A., 862 E. Princess Road, Norfolk. Burial is in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk.
