Charles John ``Jack'' Boughton, 79, of the 1500 block of Mill Dam Road, died Nov. 14, 1995, in a Virginia Beach rehabilitation center.
He was a retired school administrator for Shaker Heights Schools in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where he worked for 30 years. He had been retired for 16 years. Mr. Boughton was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and was a member of Virginia Beach Community Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Lucile H. Boughton; sons, Randy L. Boughton and Kim L. Boughton; and sister, Eileen Dawe. He was predeceased by his parents, Lilian Boughton and Nevile Boughton.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Virginia Beach Community Chapel, 1361 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach.
