Charles John ``Jack'' Boughton, of the 1500 block of Mill Dam Road, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1995, at Virginia Beach Rehab Center.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Boughton retired 16 years ago after 30 years of service as a school administrator for Shaker Heights Schools, Shaker Heights, Ohio. He was a member of Virginia Beach Community Chapel. Mr. Boughton was preceded in death by his parents Nevile and Lilian Boughton.
Survivors include his wife, Lucile Boughton; two sons, Randy L. Boughton and Kim L. Boughton; and a sister, Eileen Dawe.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Virginia Beach Community Chapel, 1361 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach.
