Earl William Morgan, 67, of the 100 block of Moon Drive, died Nov. 16, 1995, in Hampton.
Chief Petty Officer Morgan was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. He was a native of Marion County, W.Va.
Survivors include three daughters, Rosemary Lynch of Chesapeake, Nancy E. Weisenberger of Hampton, and Lisa A. Venezia of Goose Creek, S.C.; four sons, David E. Morgan of Smithfield, Clell W. Morgan of Edenton, N.C., Roger L. Morgan of Chesapeake, Morgan G. Morgan of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; and their mother, Elizabeth Goodwin Morgan of Roseland, Va.; two sisters, Clara Sue Browning of Fairmont, W.Va., and Mary Lou Bingston of Marietta, Ga.; three brothers, Edward Morgan, Eugene Morgan, and Jay Morgan, all of Fairmont; and 19 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Jeffrey Myers. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the funeral home.
