Police have arrested a baptist minister and charged him with two counts of aggravated sexual battery against minor females.
Fred Wesley Hill was arrested on Nov. 8. Hill was associate pastor at the Unity Full Gospel Baptist Church on South Battlefield Boulevard when the assaults allegedly occurred.
Police spokeswoman Elizabeth Jones said Hill lives in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake.
