Paul Masuzzo, 80, of the 100 block of Bearden Road, died Nov. 16, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Masuzzo served 20 years with the U.S. Navy and received the Bronze Star while attached to the USS Gleaves. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association. Mr. Masuzzo also retired after 16 years of service with Southern Stevedoring Corporation as a rigger.
Survivors include his wife, Helma; one daughter, Nancy Cuda of Virginia Beach; one son, Dennis Masuzzo of New Jersey; and one sister, Santa Ballester of Massachusetts.
Services will be private at Hampton National Cemetery. Warren Chapman will be presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Personal Touch Hospice of Virginia, Suite 205, 18 Koger Center, Norfolk 23502. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
