Juanita Sinclair Sizer, 71, died Friday, Nov. 17, 1995, in Ahoskie Memorial Hostpial.
Mrs. Sizer was born Feb. 6, 1924, in Ahoskie, the daughter of the late Thomas Huntley Sinclair and Nita Futrell Sinclair Barrett. She graduated from Ahoskie High School and attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and Coker College, South Carolina. She worked for the Northampton County News, The Virginian-Pilot and the U.S. Government Naval Support Staff.
Mrs. Sizer is survived by her sons, Walter Huntley Sizer of Midlothian, Va., and Robert Edwards Sizer Jr. of West Palm Beach, Fla.; daughter, Mrs. Sharon Sizer Finucane of Paoli, Pa.; and five grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the local chapters of the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association. The family will be at the former residence, 406 Sewell St., Murfreesboro, N.C. Hill Funeral Home is in charge.
