William C. ``Popeye'' Hickman, 80, of P.O. Box 166, died in his residence Saturday, Nov. 18, 1995.
Mr. Hickman was the husband of Libby Maxine Griggs Hickman of the residence.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Carla Jean Stallings of Broadway, N.C., Sandra Leigh Tipton of Mason, Ohio, and Marsha Kay Wold of Chesapeake; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending. Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, is in charge of the arrangements.
