Victoria C. Russell, 85, of the 4400 block of Drury Circle, died Nov. 17, 1995, in Sentara Bayside Hospital.
She was a native of Danbury, Conn., and was the widow of Melbert W. Russell. She was the retired owner and manager of a restaurant and concession business.
She is survived by her son, Melbert ``Mel'' E. Russell of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Ann Gruneberg and Florence Matulevich, both of Florida; brother, Paul Capaldi of Florida; and three grandchildren, Mel Webster Russell of Virginia Beach, Marc A. Russell, and Marilee Russell of Hyannis, Mass.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Warren Wilson in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or one's favorite charity.
