Robert Tyrone Evans Sr., 54, passed away on Nov. 18, 1995, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Evans was a native of Virginia Beach. He was a foreman of the Commonwealth Masonry and past governor of the Aragona Moose Lodge 1198.
Survivors include his wife, Daisy Evans of Knotts Island; two daughters, Darlena Kempton and Geneva Bishop, both of Virginia Beach; two sons, Robert T. Evans Jr. of Norfolk, and Micheal Evans of Richmond; brother, Gene Evans of Virginia Beach; sister, Debbie Banks of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday in Knotts Island Cemetery. The family will be at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Davis-Jordan Funeral Services, Richmond, provided information.
