William R. Swafford, 35, of the 5300 block of Ashby St., died Nov. 18, 1995. He was a native of Norfolk and was Protestant.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Swafford of Norfolk; two sisters, Debra Deuyour of Blueridge, Va., and Cathy Swafford of Norfolk; and one brother, Robert Swafford of Norfolk. He was predeceased by his father, Bobby Swafford.
Services will be private with Mr. Thomas Roper officiating. The family will receive friends at 5309 Julianna Drive, Norfolk, today from 7 to 9 p.m. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
