The Navy should consider movie producing as a sideline; it's certainly expert at putting on a big show. Wasting more of our money with another ``stand down'' on sexual harassment from the top brass down - some of those at the top are those doing the harassing. I know of one who was promoted within a year of having sexual-harassment complaints lodged against him by two different people. I'm sure that taught him and his subordinates a lesson!
If a job or two were lost over this type of behavior, these offenders might sit up and take notice. That would be worth a dozen stand downs.
