Marion Telfer Howell, 83, of the 4300 block of Two Woods Road, died Nov. 19, 1995, at her residence.
Mrs. Howell was a native of Detroit, Mich. She was the widow of Capt. Ray S. Howell Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Dale Howell Fay of Brekenridge, Colo.; a son, David E. Howell of Virginia Beach; and a brother, James Edward Telfer of Birmingham, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday Nov. 27, 1995 at All Saints Episcopal Church by the Rev. Stanley Sawyer. Memorial donations may be made to Sentara Home Care and Hospice Services, (NU)8 Koger Executive Center, Suite 201, Norfolk, Va. 23502 or to The Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Executive Center, Norfolk, Va. 23502. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel are handling arrangements.
