Bruce Rogers Moore, 84, of Roxboro, N.C., died Monday morning at the Treyburn Rehabilitation Center in Durham, N.C.
He was a retired employee of Duke University.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Slaughter Moore; two daughters, Mrs. Walter M. Edmonds of Portsmouth, Va., Ms. Martha ``Marty'' Moore of the home; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Frederick of Roxboro; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Brooks and White Chapel by the Rev. Billy Faulk. Burial will be in the Burchwood Cemetery Annex. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home in Roxboro, N.C.
