JACK FROST SHOULDN'T INTERFERE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVELERS' TRIPS HOME

Tom Turkey may not be thankful, but he'll at least be warm on Thursday.

Not so for folks in the Midwest and New England, however, as cold, snowy winter weather settles in for Thanksgiving.

Most of the rest of the nation will be calm, with seasonal temperatures for the holiday weekend.

And while this busy travel season always sees some delays, weather should not be a major factor. Still, allow ample time no matter how you are getting home for the holiday.

And if you are flying, remember that while security measures at the nation's airports have been relaxed, you still should get to the airport an hour before scheduled departure.
