With the possibility of a CFL franchise for Hampton Roads and the need for a large stadium, I suggest that it be built in the Bowers Hill section of Chesapeake. There is ample open land for a stadium and parking.
Our principal interstate roads all terminate there: from the Peninsula via I-664, from Norfolk via I-264, from Virginia Beach and Chesapeake via I-64 and from Suffolk and west via routes 460, 13 and 58.
