Frank P. Breeding Sr.
CHESAPEAKE - Frank Perry Breeding Sr., 51, of 2213 Wintergreen Drive, died Nov. 20, 1995. He was residing with his mother at his time of death.
He was retired from Smith and Sons Paving Co. of Pineola, N.C. Mr. Breeding was a member of Pineola Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his mother, Verdia B. Weakley of Chesapeake; his father and stepmother, Frank E. and Gracie M. Breeding of Norfolk; his grandmother, Lena Voliva of Chesapeake; two sons, Frank P. Breeding Jr. of Fayetteville, N.C., Kevin Lee Breeding and wife, Candy, and a grandson, Kevin Lee Breeding Jr., all of Chesapeake; two brothers, John P. Breeding of San Antonio, Texas, David J. Breeding of Fayetteville; two stepbrothers, Robert W. Weakley of Norfolk, Tony D. Weakley of Jacksonville, Fla.; two stepsisters, Jackie Howrie and Pam Brannigan, both of Virginia Beach.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Larry Davis in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and at 2213 Wintergreen Drive, Chesapeake, at other times.k ILLUSTRATION: Photo
