John H. ``Jack'' Bailey CPH, PHA, 67, of Route 1, died Nov. 20, 1995, in a Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
He was a self-employed professional dog handler. He was a native of Washington State and was a Catholic. He was a member of the U.S. Navy and was 20 years retired.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Hodges Bailey; three daughters; three sons; and one sister.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by Father Ceriello in Little Creek Chapel. Burial will be private and at a later date. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is in charge.
