Clara Oliver Lassiter, 94, of Route 1, died Nov. 22, 1995.
Mrs. Lassiter was the wife of the late James Eley Lassiter and a member of Rich Square Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Erva Bradley of Ahoskie, N.C., and Mrs. Evelyn Bryant of Rich Square; three sons, Charles Lassiter and Glenn Lassiter of Rich Square, and Alton Ray Lassiter of Great Bridge, Va.; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Rich Square Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Rich Square. The family will receive friends at the Jackson Funeral Home, Jackson, from 7 to 9 p.m. today, and other times at the home of Mrs. Lassiter.
