Dorothy L. ``Dot'' Wheaton, of the 100 block of Owl's Creek Lane, died Nov. 22, 1995.
Mrs. Wheaton, the widow of Leander Wheaton, was a native of Jackson, N.C. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, and a member of the Pastor's Aid and Choir.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth T. Taylor and Deborah W. Davis, both of Virginia Beach; two sons, Clayton L. Wheaton and William T. Wheaton, both of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Mount Olive Baptist Church by the Rev. J.C. Ross. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Garden. The viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, in charge. The family will be at 216 Waverly Drive, Virginia Beach, and will assemble Monday at 1084 Owls Creek Lane, Virginia Beach.
