ROBERT L. BRYAN

Robert Lawrence Bryan, 61, of the 2700 block of Jackson Road, died Nov. 23, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Bryan was a customer service representative of United Airlines for 39 years. He was a native of Lumberton, N.C., and a member of Southside Baptist Church. Mr. Bryan was a past member of Indian River Baptist Church, where he was a former deacon. He was a veteran of both the Army and the Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra D. Bryan; one daughter, Chenoa Bryan of Hagerstown, Md.; two sons, Yogi Bryan of Chesapeake and Michael Bryan of Virginia Beach; his parents, Ernestine Bryan and Robert Bryan, both of Norfolk; five sisters, Susan Croswell and Nancy Hunt, both of Norfolk, Jean Thigpen of Chesapeake, and Trisha Rohr and Linda Scott, both of Norfolk; one brother, Bud Bryan of Singapore; and one grandson, Bradley Bostic. He was the best husband and daddy in the world.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Stewart McCarter. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
