Lalla C. Wear
VIRGINIA BEACH - Lalla C. Wear, 94, of the 500 block of Norman Lane, died Nov. 23, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Wear, the widow of Ernest G. Wear, was a native of Birmingham, Ala. She was a former member of the Bayside Presbyterian Ladies Group and the Fox Hall Presbyterian Ladies Group.
Survivors include two daughters, Edna W. Lathem of Pell City, Ala., Louise W. Fay of Virginia Beach; two sons, Edward Wear of San Leandro, Calif., and Richard Wear of Virginia Beach; one sister, Virginia C. Sargent of Clay, Ala.; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be private. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
