U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Richard Charles ``Rick'' Fuller Sr., 53, died Nov. 25, 1995.
He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service and was a native of Rochester, N.Y. He was a Protestant and a veteran of the Vietnam era.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Anne Fuller; two daughters, Karen T. Deihl of Virginia Beach and Kathleen E. ``Kathy'' Fuller, also of Virginia Beach; son, Richard Charles Fuller Jr. of Harrisonburg, Va.; mother, Effie Bedient Knesel of Tracy, Fla.; two sisters, Jan Midile of Livermoore, Calif., and Jacklyn Brogle of Stockton, Calif.; half-sister, Sonia Davis of Painted Post, N.Y.; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Calvin Fuller.
The funeral service will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is in charge.
