Charles Ray Tisdale, 64, of the 1200 block of Earle Ave., died Nov. 25, 1995.
He was a retired carpenter for Norshipco and a native of Camden County, N.C.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Tisdale; two sons, Dean Tisdale of Fort Dix, N.J., and John Tisdale of Gloucester, Va.; mother, Mary Morgan Tisdale of Chesapeake; sister, Earline Fox of Chesapeake; brother, Thomas E. Tisdale Jr. of Chesapeake; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edison Tisdale Sr., and his brother, Richard Melvin Tisdale.
All services will be private. Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
