Milton Steele Suggs, 70, of the 8500 block of Quincy St., died Nov. 25, 1995, in his residence.
Senior Chief Petty Officer Suggs retired from the U.S. Navy after 22 years of service.
He is survived by his wife Julia of Norfolk; two daughters, Pamely JoAnne Rendon of Norfolk; Sandra G. Rogers of Chesapeake; two sons, Micheal Oden and Bobby Oden, both of Norfolk; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private and burial will be at sea. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
