Boats, decked out in their holiday finest, illuminated the Elizabeth
River on Saturday night as Norfolk's annual Holidays in the City
Lighted Boat Parade got under way. The festive spectacle at Town
Point Park and The Waterside Amphitheater included several waving
Santa Clauses, a dazzling fireworks display and a dockside party at
Waterside, complete with live music, seasonal foods and vendors, and
even a fire-eater.
