Let me also take this opportunity to express our appreciation for your longstanding support of Virginia higher education.
We know we are not perfect, and we work hard every day to improve the quality and efficiency of operations. But we also know that Virginia has one of the finest systems of higher education in the nation. We must not let it falter.
