Dorothy Mae Pierce, 64, of the 700 block of Holladay Lane, died Nov. 26, 1995.
She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. She is survived by her husband Charles H. Pierce of Virginia Beach; one daughter, Carolyn G. Richard of Virginia Beach; three sons, David C. Pierce Sr. of Norfolk, Daniel H. Pierce of Alpharetta, Ga. and John N. Pierce of Lawrenceville, Ga.; one sister, Ann K. Salter of Virginia Beach; one brother, Charlie Ray Chaplin of Chesapeake; and six grandchildren.
A visitation will be held today, Nov. 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Calvary Baptist Church. A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 11 a.m. in the church. Rev. Earnest G. Roebuck presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Altmeyer Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
