What can grass-roots groups do to help bring more professional sports teams to the region?
That will be one of the topics discussed at 11 a.m. Saturday in Virginia Beach City Council chambers when Art Collins, executive director of the Hampton Roads Sports Authority, meets with the Hampton Roads Coalition of Civic Organizations, a regional umbrella group for neighborhood groups.
Collins also will discuss accomplishments and goals of the sports authority. He also will answer questions.
