James S. Per-Lee, 79, of the 4400 block of Chelsea St., died Nov. 22, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Per-Lee, a retired foreman of grounds maintenance, worked for the Arlington National Cemetery for 31 years. A native of Arlington, Va., he was the widower of Jeannette D. ``Pat'' Per-Lee. He was a past officer and member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Warren Wilson. Friends will be received at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
