John C. Noblett, 43, of Wintersville, Ohio, died Nov. 29, 1995, in Steubenville.
He was born in Norfolk on Jan. 5, 1952, a son of the late Paul W. Noblett Sr. He was employed at the Jeffco Workshop of Steubenville. He was a member of the Suburban Christian Church of Virginia Beach. He was preceded in death by one sister, Katherine Theobald.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Rowland Noblett; one sister, Mrs. Lee Elizabeth Hendricks, both of Wintersville; and brother, Mr. Paul W. Noblett Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Services were held in Wintersville for family and friends. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling local arrangements and internment.
